Minister of Health Dr. Mekdes Daba underscored the significance of the YADAM Foundation in addressing  issue of malnutrition and  sharing Ethiopia’s successful experiences for nutrition initiatives.

State Minister of Industry H.E Hassan Mohammed  also stated that the foundation is fit to address malnutrition in Ethiopia and Africa as well.

Minister for Women and Children Affairs, H.E. Hikma Keyeradin declared that the Ministry is always ready to support any initiatives to end stunting.

H.E. Amb. Asfaw Dingamo, Minister of Water and Energy, emphasized his commitment to YADAM’s goal to end stunting in Ethiopia as well.

Dr. Aboubacar Kampo, UNICEF Ethiopia Representative, expressed UNICEF’s commitment to stand by YADAM and thanked YADAM for championing nutrition and giving motivation to move forward

Prof. Nathaniel Agola, Chief Economist AfDB stated that “we need to stand united in our commitment to confront one of the most pressing issues that is facing our communities and that is malnutrition in all forms”

Tendai Gunda, Regional Rep. Anglophone Africa, declared their commitment to work with His Excellency as the Africa Leaders for Nutrition Champion for Africa and the YADAM Foundation to end stunting in Africa.

Gertrude  Kara,  AUC  Social Affairs Representative stated that ending hunger and malnutrition is at the heart of the AUC and the foundation will be an example to African leaders to ensure that they can do better
