YADAM Foundation and The Esthers’ Girl Empowerment Initiative (TEGEI) from Uganda hold Partnership Discussion to Tackle Africa’s Development Challenges

The YADAM Foundation and The Esthers’ Girl Empowerment Initiative (TEGEI) from Uganda held a partnership discussion aimed at addressing some of Africa’s most pressing development challenges. The meeting, led by Dr. Wuhibegezer Ferede, CEO of YADAM Foundation, brought together representatives from both organizations to explore collaboration opportunities focused on nutrition, women’s empowerment, and community development.
Both organizations identified nutrition and women’s empowerment as key priority areas. YADAM Foundation shared its “One Nutrition” approach, which integrates health, agriculture, education, and sanitation, while The Esthers’ Girl Empowerment Initiative (TEGEI) highlighted its ongoing work in girls’ empowerment, education, and community development. The partnership will prioritize joint nutrition advocacy, women and girls’ empowerment, capacity building, and cross-border exchange visits between Ethiopia and Uganda.
Both organizations expressed a shared commitment to fostering sustainable change across Africa, with a strong focus on empowering communities and tackling malnutrition and gender inequality.
